UK Skilled Immigration

Tier 4 for foreign students is a points based system expected to go live at the beginning of 2009.

Under this system, foreign students can study in the UK if they can score enough points on a points test. The test will score points on criteria such as a valid sponsorship from a UK educational institution and funds available to the student.
